Do I really need maintenance?

If the site is on WordPress or anything else with plugins, yes — an unmaintained install is a security incident waiting for a date. If it is a static site with no moving parts, the risk is much lower and we will tell you so rather than sell you a plan you do not need.

What if my site is not one you built?

We take those on regularly. It starts with a health check so you know what state it is in and what it would cost to bring current, in writing, before anything is agreed.

How quickly do you respond if something breaks?

Same working day for anything that has the site down or an enquiry route broken. Everything else within a couple of working days. If you are on a plan, you message WhatsApp rather than raising a ticket somewhere.

Can I cancel?
