Who we are

Invinent ("we", "us") builds websites and provides search, advertising and related digital services. If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your information, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@invinent.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work:

• Contact details you give us — your name, business name, phone number and email address, whether that comes through WhatsApp, email or a form.
• Project information you send us — photographs, service details, existing website access, and anything else needed to build or run the work.
• Analytics data about how this website is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to carry out work you have engaged us for, to invoice you, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf as part of delivering the work — hosting providers, analytics, email, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Each is bound by its own data protection obligations, and we only pass on what is necessary.

We will also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate information corrected.
• Have information deleted, where we have no legal obligation to keep it.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Ask for your information in a portable format.
• Complain to a supervisory authority — the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

Cookies

This website uses cookies only where they are needed for it to function, and for basic analytics that tell us which pages are being read. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised policy.
